In case of cancellation one week before the start of the training course the full amount will be invoiced unless a replacement participant can be found.
Cancellation of the course by the organisers
Germanischer Lloyd reserves the right to cancel the planned training course at any time. The participants will be informed immediately. In this event Germanischer Lloyd is not liable for any of the costs incurred by the enrolled participant (flight, hotel, etc.).
Miscellaneous
Germanischer Lloyd does not guarantee any specific success in relation to the content of this workshop and/or any subsequent implementation of parts and/or the complete contents of the workshop by the participants, the client or any other persons. Any risks which may result from the aforesaid implementation must be born exclusively by the participants, the client or any other persons. Any liability of Germanischer Lloyd with respect to any loss or damage which may occur to aforesaid persons/parties in relation to the content of the workshop and its implementation is excluded except to the extent caused by the wilful misconduct of Germanischer Lloyd.
